New! For the 2009-2010 Policy Year: (Please note the following benefit changes)

• Referral Requirement - A referral from UCF Health Services is required for all covered persons prior to receiving medical services from providers other than UCF Health Services providers.
• Prescription Drug Maximum - There is a $1,250 prescription drug maximum for insured students under the Student Health Insurance Plan. This applies to prescriptions at UCF Pharmacies and Retail Pharmacies.
• Annual Deductible is $250 per Individual for Preferred Care
