The resources on this site will help you navigate through the tools you’ll need to make thoughtful health insurance choices.

To enroll in the Health Insurance use Cleveland State University’s CampusNet application at https://campusnet.csuohio.edu/index.jsp

• Locate a provider in your area
  
• Help will offer you the following:
  
  • Instructions on using your student insurance plan
  • The option to email Customer Service
  • Aide in reading your Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
  • Downloadable Aetna Claim and Aetna Prescription Drug Claim forms.

All international students (F-1 & J-1 visas) are required to carry health insurance while attending Cleveland State University. Your Treasury Service account will be billed for the Aetna Student Health Insurance Plan upon registration for classes.
