Enroll/Waive
Once you enter college, there are many decisions to make. One important decision is what health insurance plan to choose.
When comparing health insurance plans, there are things to consider:
- You may have been a dependent on your parents’ health insurance plan and the plan may have an age limit – 18 or 23 years old – and you are no longer qualified for their health insurance coverage.
- Your school has chosen Aetna Student Health because it is a leader in student insurance and customized and flexible to fit your needs as a student.
- Your school requires you to have health insurance, so you must choose a health insurance carrier.
- Without health insurance, the cost of an accident or illness may affect your ability to pay for school or classes.
- You may want to take advantage of this health insurance with its health and wellness discounts and an expansive network of doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and specialists providers.
