Aetna Student Health gives you access to care by working closely with your school and with a network of doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and specialists throughout the country.

Students can use this site to enroll your eligible dependents in the Emory Student Health Insurance Plan and to enroll in the Vital Savings Discount Dental Plan.

  • Annual Premium of $3,030
  • Maintained Dependent coverage for International students
  • Increase In-network Deductible to $300 from $250
  • Increase Out-of-network Deductible to $450 from $400
  • Increase Core ER Copay to $75 per visit from $50 per visit
  • Increase In-network and Out-of-network Office Visit Copay to $35 from $25
  • Increase In-network and Out-of-network Brand Copay for Prescription Drugs to $30 from $25

Please note that School of Medicine Dependents and Domestic Dependents are not eligible for coverage under the 15/16 Student Health Insurance Plan. However, you can enroll your dependents in the Fall Continuation Plan if your 14/15 Student Health Insurance Plan terminated on 7/14/15 or will terminate on 8/14/15. 2015 - 2016 Plan documents and benefits

Effective August 1, 2015, Aetna Student Health is changing its reimbursement payment rates for services provided by out-of-network non-preferred providers. In most cases, this will result in a reduction in the portion of the cost of care paid for by Aetna Student Health. Please consult your Master Policy and/or Plan Design & Benefits Summary for details on the Aetna Student Health reimbursement payment rates applicable to services provided by out-of-network non-preferred providers.
