  • What it is

     

    Array offers online mental health care it connects you with licensed clinicians in your state. It provides both therapy and psychiatry services. And it includes mental health evaluations and medication management, when appropriate.

     

    Array delivers care through a secure online platform and is available to patients ages 5 and up. You can schedule an appointment seven days a week, including evenings and weekends. You’ll get a personalized care plan that’s reviewed regularly and adjusted to meet your needs.

  • What it is

     

    Brightline offers online behavioral health care for kids, teens and their caregivers. They provide therapy, psychiatry and coaching services. They also have in-person care at select clinics. Services are for members up to age 17 and include support for a wide range of mental health needs — from anxiety and ADHD to sleep issues and stress.

     

    Care starts with a two-step evaluation and continues with a treatment plan made for you. Resources and coaching are also available for parents and caregivers to support their child’s progress.

    Charlie Health provides virtual intensive outpatient programs (IOP) for teens and adults who need more support than weekly therapy. The program is for individuals managing serious mental health conditions, substance use disorders or eating disorders.

    Equip is an online eating disorder treatment program that provides. It provides care for individuals of all ages and diagnoses. The program supports lasting recovery using a team of experts and flexible, at-home treatment.
